By a noble Earl, John Earl of Lauderdail, Viscount Maitland, Lord Thirlestane, and Bolton, &c. His Majesties Commissioner for holding the same, by vertue of a commission under His Majesties Great Seal of this kingdom: with the special advice and consent of the Estates of Parliament. Extracted from the records of Parliament, be Sir Archibald Primerose of Chester, knight and barronet, clerk to His Majesties Council, Registers and Rolls.
